Do you ship to my country?

Why should I have an account instead of shopping as a guest?

When you have an account with us, we can easily communicate and follow up on your questions. It also requests an account before we can issue you a store credit.

How to choose the size and how to covert the size between different countries?

We want to make sure everything you buy fits and looks great, so we do the hard work by measuring each item and adding very detailed information to its description page. Please refer to the measurements of your similar style clothing to choose your size.

Our tips for fitting: 
We recommend going up a size for bodices and bustiers if you want bit loose fit, as they are structured to help support the garment and so fit tighter. Other garments are intended to be worn oversized and have a square fit - sizing down in these will give you a more tailored fit. Buying a size up will not affect the length of a garment. 
 

How to convert the size in different countries?

Size conversions:
Label S - AU/NZ/UK6=US2=Euro34
Label M - AU/NZ/UK8=US4=Euro36

Label L - AU/NZ/UK10=US6=Euro38 
Label XL - AU/NZ/UK12=US8=Euro40
Label XXL - AU/NZ/UK14=US10=Euro42

If it doesn’t fit me, can I exchange the size?

Surely. Please return the parcel to us within 7 days of receiving it and leave a small note inside letting us know which size you would like to exchange. The garment has to be in the same condition as original especially unworn, unperfumed, etc. 

Can I return it if it doesn’t suit me or I change my mind??

Surely. You have a 7-day cooling-off period after receiving your order. Postage and handling charges are non-refundable. We don’t ask why. You can return it for a refund, a store credit (3 years) and a replacement. 

What's your return policy?

Basically, you have 3 choices:  

  1. Return for an exchange. You have 14 days period. We will cover one postage to re-send the replacement.  
  1. Return for the store credit (3 year valid). You have 14 days period to return the item after you receive your order. The full payment including the postage you paid will be issued as your store credit. To be able to receive the store credit, you need to have an account with us. 
  1. Return for the refund less postage. You have 7 days period to return the item after you receive your order. Postage and handling charges are not refundable. We won't ask the reason.  

How long will it take to process my order?

We normally process your parcel with 24~48 hours if you place an order before 1 pm (Sydney time, Australia). If there is a stock issue, we will notify you immediately by email. 

How can I track my parcel?

You will be notified via email about your tracking number. You can also track through the country’s major post office that partner with Australia post. 

How do I know the shipping time is longer than normal?

Due to current Covid-19 situation (however, it improves from time to time), it will take longer than normal to reach your destination. It also depends on your location, and the shipping time frame may vary. Please keep up to date with the latest information and get more details by country on Australia Post website: https://auspost.com.au/service-updates/international-delivery-updates#destination-guide

If the wait time is longer than Australia Post recommends, please contact us via LiveChat, and we will follow up with you. 

Can I ask Express Service for the shipping?

If you are from Australia, you already have express delivery. If you are from outside Australia, you can send us a request for International Express Courier via LiveChat.

Do I need to pay customs duties or GST?

You don’t pay any customs duties as the price you pay is already included (relevant to customers outside of Australia). For Australian customers, GST is included in the price.

Can you customize the size or colour? 

No. We are currently unable to do this. Sorry about that. 

How do I view prices in my local currency?

All prices on our site are displayed in Australia Dollars (AUD) by default. If you would like to view in a different currency, simply click the 'Select Currency' button in the upper left corner of the page and select your preferred currency via the drop-down list. 

Why do the promo code or Gift Certificates not work at checkout?

To be able to make promo code work, you do have to select AUD as the checkout currency.

You also can buy ‘Gift Certificates’ for your family or friends and it's next to ''Sign In'' in the upper right corner. The default currency must also be AUD before you can purchase it.
